Order requests, feedback and complaints

When you send an order request or use our contact form, we receive the information you enter. This may include your name, contact details, address, order reference, requested date, products, feedback, complaint details and notes. We use it to respond, confirm availability, arrange delivery or collection, handle payment and resolve customer-service matters.

Order information is stored in Cloudflare D1 so that authorised staff can manage it through our protected dashboard. Formspree sends order and contact notifications to our business email. When you choose online card payment, Stripe processes the invoice and payment; we do not store your full card details.

Processing enquiries

If you enquire about on-site firewood processing, we use your site details to assess the work and respond with next steps. The enquiry details are held in Cloudflare D1 and available through our protected staff dashboard. A text notification may be sent to our business email through Formspree. If you later email or WhatsApp us photos, we use them to assess the site and timber.

Analytics cookies

If you choose “Accept analytics”, Google Analytics places or reads cookies to help us understand visits, page use, product interest and order-request completions. Analytics remains disabled if you reject it. You can reopen the cookie choices using the “Cookie settings” button in the footer.

Hosting and website security

The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Technical request information, such as an IP address and browser details, may be processed to deliver and protect the site, limit abusive requests and operate Cloudflare Turnstile on the order form.

How long we keep information

We keep customer correspondence and order information only for as long as reasonably needed to fulfil orders, provide customer service, maintain business and accounting records, handle disputes and meet applicable legal obligations. Information that is no longer needed will be deleted or anonymised where practical.

Your choices

You can ask us about personal information we hold about you, request corrections, or raise a privacy concern using the contact details above. You can reject optional analytics without affecting the ordering or contact services.
